7 SMASH-ilicious Recipes

SMASH fish (sardines, mackerel, anchovies, salmon, and herring) are enormously nutritious, sustainable, cost-effective, and shelf-stable if they're canned. But if you don’t like to eat them straight outta the can, here are some ideas to spice 'em up!
