When I came across duck eggs at the farmers market (and now I even see them in the grocery store!), I got curious about how they fared against one of my other favorite nutrient-dense foods - chicken eggs.
First, it should be noted that BOTH duck and chicken eggs are very nutritious and neither contain anti-nutrients. However, duck eggs are even more nutrient-dense than chicken eggs!
Note: That’s a lot of caps!
Just look at that punch of iron, and duck eggs can even contain significant amounts of vitamin D, which is just plain hard to find in food.
