Ribeye vs Broccoli

We often think of broccoli as quintessential "healthy vegetable" and maybe even forced onto most of us as kids. So, we stacked broccoli against good ol' beef ribeye to see who would win this 100 grams challenge.

It came as a slight surprise to us that ribeye won on most counts down the line of micronutients.

Another consideration is that broccoli carries an anti-nutrient load that shouldn't be overlooked.
